Order Cancellations

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
As many of our products are unique second-hand items with limited availability, orders are often processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already entered processing, packing, or shipping stages
Orders that have already been dispatched to the courier
Reserved items held specifically for a customer after payment

Orders where preparation for shipment has already commenced

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Exceptions
A cancellation request may be rejected if:
The order has already been shipped or is in transit.
The request is submitted after the 12-hour cancellation period.
Order processing, packing, or shipping preparation has already begun.
The item has been specifically reserved or prepared for shipment.
