“Goods” refers to second-hand women’s clothing, footwear, bags, and other related fashion products offered for sale on the Service.

Product Availability

Most products sold by SN SECOND SDN. BHD. are unique second-hand items with limited quantities.

Availability of Goods is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Withdraw items from sale without notice

  • Cancel Orders in the event of stock discrepancies or inventory errors

In such cases, any payment received for unavailable items will be refunded.

Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Goods within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond Our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume order periods

  • Customs, transportation, or logistical issues

The risk of loss or damage to Goods passes to You upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
