Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

“Goods” refers to second-hand women’s clothing, footwear, bags, and other related fashion products offered for sale by the Company.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Service” refers to the website and online services operated by SN SECOND SDN. BHD.

“You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia may not be processed.

We deliver to all regions within Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • Sabah

  • Sarawak

Our goal is to provide reliable and timely delivery services throughout Malaysia.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value, size, or weight

  • Courier service requirements

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

There are:

  • No hidden charges

  • No additional handling fees unless otherwise stated


Processing & Delivery Time

All Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–5 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–10 business days

Once your Order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided (where applicable) to allow you to monitor the delivery status.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak sales periods

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control


Delivery Methods

Deliveries are handled by courier and logistics partners appointed by the Company.

We deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Commercial addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Product Condition & Packaging

As our products consist primarily of second-hand fashion items, each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition details before placing an Order.

Products are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


Delivery Issues & Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, restricted access, or other recipient-related issues, courier partners may:

  • Attempt redelivery, or

  • Contact You to arrange an alternative delivery time or method

Unclaimed or repeatedly failed deliveries may be returned to the Company.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipment, subject to courier service policies.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order details and supporting photographs (if applicable).

We will work with the courier service to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
