Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At SN SECOND SDN. BHD., we specialize in the sale of second-hand women’s clothing, footwear, bags, and related fashion items. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Due to the nature of second-hand goods, all items are carefully inspected before sale. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

As the majority of our products are pre-owned and unique in nature, all sales are generally final.

Returns and refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description provided on our website.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.

  • The item contains a major undisclosed defect that materially affects its use.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund request:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must remain in the same condition as received.

  • The item must not have been washed, altered, repaired, or further damaged after delivery.

  • Clear photographs showing the issue must be provided.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be submitted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund or return request has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Sizing or fit issues

  • Minor signs of wear that are consistent with second-hand/pre-owned items and disclosed in product descriptions or photographs

  • Items purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale events

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

Customers are encouraged to review all measurements, photographs, descriptions, and condition notes before completing their purchase.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been packed, processed, or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email snsecond@outlook.com with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect item being sent) or a verified defect not disclosed in the listing:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.

SN SECOND SDN. BHD. is not responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will investigate the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund.
